The room was clean and cozy. I really liked the wooden floors and the modern design. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. They made my stay comfortable. The location is very convenient with easy access to local attractions. It was nice to have a swimming pool to relax in after a long day. Sab kuch perfect tha yaar. If you are looking for a good place to stay in Muzaffarpur this hotel is a solid option. I will definitely come back next time I am in the area.
I liked the hotel mainly because of its good location. The room was nice and comfortable, and the service was good. Staff were helpful and cooperative. The washroom was clean and well maintained. However, there were a few issues. The bedsheet had stains, and at the time of welcome, free drinking water and towel were not provided, which was disappointing. Apart from these points, everything else was good. With better attention to basic hospitality and cleanliness, this hotel can be a very good choice.
