Great location, really good customer service, hotel has proper character, especially the rooms (we had 4 poster superior room). To put things in perspective, stupid people will stay in an old building, suited for non materialistic customers, and then expect a modern Hilton modern room and interior
The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The cleanliness was top-notch, everything looked spotless. Overall, a fantastic experience, definitely a 5-star stay!
