I got a classic room, all over it was okay and AC was good, there was dustbin, there was a soda, there was wall furniture & stool and an almirah, hot & cold water in bathroom, staff was good & 24*7 service was available with cooperation, but Room was shown big in pictures but in real it was very small & full, there was no TV, bathroom window was broken, there was no shower, Linens weren't clean enough-there were hair in bed, dirty sheets with stains, landline was broken, swithes & Fan Regulator etc were broken & wirings were out, draweres were dirty, and mosst of all fan was making to much irritated sound thr whole time, these things needed to be improved.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The check-in experience could have been better, but the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. Overall, I would rate my stay as 5 stars.
