Overall the Hotel and the rooms were very nice. All basic facilities were provided with free hot, warm and freezed water. But the disappointing point is that the hotel receptionist named "kailash" is very rude and wants extra tip from guests. When we denied then he behaved very rudely with ladies also. I also talked with other guests staying there with whom aIso he behaved very rudely and wanted tip and if not given then does not co-operate with them... I would like to request that if possible make him stay away from guests relations.. otherwise you all will loose customers... With such behaviour of receptionist.. Thank you
The hotel's check-in experience was phenomenal; the staff was prompt, friendly, and efficient. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was extremely helpful and polite throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel!
