Good hotel to stay in Shirdi
We stayed there for two nights. The room was very unclean with lots of broom sticks fallen everywhere. I was not able to see myself at the bathroom mirror. It was dirty like anything. I don't think it was ever cleaned since they had started the business. When we tried to talk to the receptionist, he was not at all supportive. Even his statement was - pasand na aye toh mat ao. Humme customers ki kami nehi hai!! When I ordered 2 masala dosa for breakfast, after waiting for 30 min, I got the first one and then they declared that the batter was over. Even for the chatni, they mixed water in it and said - itni hi thi abhi! BTW the booking was with breakfast, but after reaching there, we were told that the breakfast was not included, even though we had already paid for that. So I hope the Oyo group can understand our experience over there!
