Not really a bad room but I really love their first survice then now , the first guy was soo nice and understanding , I feel the service is a bit cold now, i don't know why I feel like that , also other's like all are good. Like they are providing like 24/7 security and service but after 12.30 we can't get out of the hotal because the building will be locked , one time I had a problem with the lift , but comparing to other hotels survives this one is much better but I feel like they want to work on their interaction a bit more and still they are good still have to work on their interaction 😅🤌
