Rooms are good for a town like Ganagapura but they are expensive. Their website quoted 1500 rs for a Non AC room but they charged 2500. When asked, they said, website is wrong! They are flexible, was able to accommodate last minute reservation and you can do 24x7 checkin which was great. If they reduce the price, it will be an awesome place to stay.

Rooms good. location good. the only problem is drinking water and no food. They provide 1 ltr bottle when we checked in but later if you need you have to go out side to bring. It's better if they provide a fridge withe some water and drinks in emergency. Food is available just beside in another hotel.
