Booked AC triple classic room through app and paid the amount online but received non ac rooms with queen size bed and charged me 200 rs extra for mattress. Even after giving 200 rs I had to tell the manager 4 times to send the mattress. Even after booking online they say no rooms left and charging extra. Rooms are fine for 2 people
