The room was fantastic. It was clean and cozy with wooden floors that added a nice touch. Space kafi achi thi and I felt right at home. The staff were amazing. They were friendly and always ready to help. Their service made my stay even better. The location is convenient too. It's easy to find and close to many places. I appreciated the daily housekeeping which kept everything neat. Overall it was a great experience. If you are looking for a solid place to stay in Kolkata this hotel is worth a visit.
The room was quiet good overall,service was good,the behavior of the staff was also very good but at the same time there were small cockroches roaming around the room,the blankets were quiet dirty and also the bathroom was smelling when we checked in the room. Though the problems were acknowledgeby the staff later. Overall it was a satisfactory stay
