i made my first booking through oyo. oyo provided me this booking for 549 only. i reached the hotel. the receptionist asked me how much did you pay for the booking. i said that in 549. the receptionist said to me that i will not give you a room only in 549. it was very disappointing for me. he asked for 800 more to give me a room. i paid total 549+800=1349. ac and tv were not in working condition. there was no door lock and door handle in door. i had to go to bathe in the ganges river. i had kept my belongings in that room without a lock. it was a harrasment. absolutely disappointing service and i would not recommend anyone to book this hotel.
