I am very very very very very disappointed from your app service. I had booked this oyo affiliate hotel on 15 Oct at evening with prepaid from oyo app. but the hotel honor told me that he will not take oyo prepaid booking because oyo has not been paying him from long time and he refused my booking and told me to cash payment(same amount) at counter for same booking. One more thing was that the booking showed "not refundable booking". This was so cheap act. I have lost Rs.599 without taking any sarvices from yours..Again I would say I am very very very very very very disappointed from your service.... I want to get back my money Rs. 599/. If oyo consider my request only than I will continue with oyo services otherwise go to... I will wait for your response just next two days. 😒
