Good location, hotels rooms are good & clean, affordable. all amenities were available in room but tv not working

To begin with Darjeeling is the dream land and in that dream land is this hotel crystal Palace. Rooms are very cozy, comfortable, and clean. Here and there if you need any thing which is not ok the hotel staff come immediately for the help.. Manager Uttam Da gives warm welcome to his customer.. Feels like home. Thank you Uttam da for taking good care of our needs and also a special thanks to Sanjoy the room boy who served us yummy yummy breakfast. And not to forget the chicken pakoras from there... Just yummmm.... People if your in Darjeeling and want budget friendly room then this one is the best.
