The check-in experience was disappointing, as it took too long and the staff seemed unorganized. The cleanliness of the hotel was average, with some areas needing more attention. The location was not ideal, as it was quite far from major attractions. Overall, this hotel has potential but needs improvement in these areas.The receptionist asked me more money for check in. And finally I give the extra money and take the room.After the check in the the owner asked me to cancel the Oyo booking.Come to the room condition the room has no lock.For couples there is no security
