Checkin experience was average, staff could have been more attentive. Amenities provided were good but staff needs to improve their service. Overall, an average stay. At the time of checkin the staff refused and replied that the booked room not available, contact OYO for further details. After a hash discussion they arranged a room, most of the cases are like this.
