Before booking i called up Oyo customer care for confirmation of the low tariff & customer executive confirmed & assured me that I won't be facing any issues about the low tarriff at the hotel & asked me to pay it on-call itself trusting the executive & the Oyo portal i made the payment & the mishap happened at the hotel which i confirmed with Oyo.Also when the hotel manager tried to clear out with the Oyo executive he threatened the manager that he will (Oyo) charged penalty on the hotel which is illogical because it was mistake of Oyo & not the hotel.also this is not the 1st time i am facing this
