I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The check-in process could have been smoother, but everything else was outstanding. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The food was delicious, though there could have been more variety. Overall, I give the hotel 5 stars for the excellent room and comfortable stay.
The check-in experience was phenomenal, efficient and hassle-free. However, the staff could use some improvement in terms of friendliness and responsiveness. The amenities were quite disappointing, not up to par with what was expected. Overall, a pleasant stay thanks to the excellent check-in process.
