The check-in experience was excellent, with a smooth and hassle-free process. However, the cleanliness of the hotel was highly disappointing, with dirty rooms and unclean facilities. The amenities provided were just average, nothing exceptional. Overall, a decent stay, but improvements are needed in terms of cleanliness and amenities.
