The staff at this hotel were amazing. They were friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was cozy and had a nice vibe. It was clean but I did notice some minor cleanliness issues. However the staff addressed them quickly and made sure I was comfortable. The location is very convenient with easy access to the Western Express Highway. I also enjoyed the in-house restaurant and the gym bhi acha tha. Overall it was a solid place to stay and I would definitely come back if I am in Mumbai again.
The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. The only disappointing thing was that the pillows were very thick and firm. I would have liked softer ones. Other than that, I can't fault the place and will definitely go back.
