The hotel's checkin experience was disappointing, with long waiting times and disorganized staff & disgusting behaviour. Extra 300 rupees charge for AC..The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, as there were stains on the bedding and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. However, the location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to major attractions and public transportation. Overall, it was a very very poor stay but the location made up for the subpar checkin and cleanliness.
I was thoroughly impressed with the check-in experience at the hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the process smooth and hassle-free. The amenities provided were top-notch and exceeded my expectations. The food served at the hotel was delicious and diverse, catering to all tastes. Overall, a fantastic stay!
