The check-in experience at the hotel was disappointing, lacking efficiency and coordination. However, the cleanliness of the hotel exceeded my expectations, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, I would rate my experience as a 3-star due to the cleanliness, despite the slight letdown during check-in.
