I recently stayed at Flagship Sea Castle 2. I really liked the location—it’s convenient and made exploring the area easy. The service from the staff was also commendable and made my stay more pleasant. However, I was disappointed with the poor room maintenance, and the rooms felt quite congested. Overall, while the location and service stood out, there’s definitely room for improvement in cleanliness and comfort.

I would rate the staff, cleanliness, and check-in experience at this hotel a 4 out of 5 stars. The staff was helpful and polite, the rooms were clean, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, a great experience!
