I would rate my check-in experience at this hotel as 5 stars. The staff was extremely efficient and friendly. I was quickly given my room key and all necessary information. The cleanliness of the hotel was also top-notch, with every corner spotless. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to all major attractions. Definitely recommend!
Despite the disappointing check-in experience, unhelpful staff, and unfavorable location, the hotel managed to exceed my expectations in every other aspect. The room was spacious, the services were prompt, and the facilities were well-maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and overall comfort.
