This hotel offered a fantastic stay, exceeding expectations with its prime location and impeccable cleanliness. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable, with crisp linens and modern amenities like free Wi-Fi. The staff truly shone; they were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and efficient, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The breakfast buffet was delicious with diverse options, and service was always prompt. Highly recommend for a truly pleasant and convenient experience -we'll definitely be back! Overall, my stay at the hotel was quite pleasant and comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and properly sanitized. The bed was comfortable, and the washroom was hygienic. The staff was polite and cooperative, and the check-in process was smooth without any unnecessary delays. The location was convenient, with basic facilities available nearby. All amenities, including the AC, were in proper working condition. Safety and privacy were well maintained, which is very important. Only the room service response could be a little faster. Overall, it was a good and value-for-money experience.
