I did not stay in the hotel as I did not visit Delhi and it is postponed to 1st week of August 2023. Even then OYO enjoyed the payment made by Simple without my confirmation and checking my KYC. Now refund is denied. This kind of policy which is cheating customers cannot earn anything better than poor.
