Check-in process was smooth and efficient, earning a good 4 stars. Amenities were decent but could be improved, so I rate them 3 stars. Staff were helpful but not very attentive, hence a 3-star rating. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Excellent stay! The check-in was smooth and welcoming. Food served was delicious and satisfying. Room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, a wonderful experience deserving of 5 stars in every aspect. Highly recommended!
