would like to tell about my experience here, my wife n myself walked into the room which was ready to use. The person then came in with a pair of bedspreads. With one of it torn and the helper was still trying to adjust it with the same, then he pulled out a crippled blanket from the wardrobe, to which my asked if it was an used one, the helper then replied "yes it is an used one and then don't have a washed one either as the management dumps those for wash only once in a week. "I later when I approached the front desk, the manager who later walked into the room with his mobile camera ON, sounded more like a rouge than a manager. The extra beds provided wasn't clean either. The AC weren't functioning in one of the rooms for a day. I hope the OYO takes this issue serious and do the needful in order to have the right hotelier under them.
