Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.
The check-in process was disorganized and inefficient, deserving a poor 1-star rating. However, the amenities provided were exceptional, warranting a strong 5-star rating. The staff were impolite yet surprisingly attentive, which added to the mixed experience. Despite the impressive amenities, the overall stay was marred by the chaotic check-in and lack of courteous service. This contrast between the high-quality amenities and poor service created a disappointing experience overall. While the facilities themselves were top-notch, the inefficiency and rudeness of the staff significantly detracted from the overall satisfaction, leading to an overall negative impression.
