I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The check-in experience was smooth and efficient, deserving 4 stars. The food was good, although it could have been better, earning 3 stars. The room was comfortable, but it lacked some amenities, hence 2 stars. Overall, a great experience with friendly staff and a wonderful ambiance. Would definitely recommend.
