Our stay at Rukman Palace was a nightmare .. Not recommend... Location of hotel is 10 km outside Jaipur on Alwar road, with no street lights. Rooms very dirty and no housekeeping staff in this hotel. No proper kitchen... No market around.. very scary for family stay. My wife was about to call police for help because other guests were knocking our room door and bell again and again. When I called care taker for help , he didn't bothered to come even once. We booked room for 2 nights but vacated room the very next morning without asking for refund for second day stay. Our worst ever stay at Rukman Palace Not Recommended at all.
