I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the breakfast was fresh and well prepared. The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations, and I truly enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent hospitality, and great value for money. I will definitely visit again!
Room maintenance is absolutely pathetic. Broken/sloppy doors, poorly maintained bathrooms, leaking water outlets, damaged cupboards, and even the air conditioner was not functioning properly. The room service was worse than a roadside thela. Even basic necessities like cold drinking water were not provided despite offering payment for it. The staff lacked basic professionalism and common courtesy. It honestly feels like the property has been neglected for a long time with zero attention to maintenance or customer experience. If Google allowed ratings below 1 star, I would genuinely rate this place negative 5 stars.
