4 stars are for the hotel location and Neeraj. He is very hospitable and friendly guy. Rest of the staff behaves like they don’t like their job and are forced to be there. The location of the hotel is nice. Rooms can be better, tv remotes don’t work, ac remotes don’t work, tv doesn’t work properly sometimes.
