The receptionist was very warm and welcoming and provided smooth check-in and even offered that the luggage be sent by the bellboys but I denied and carried on my own. Room was clean but the pillow covers seemed to be used and old. The bathroom was big with shower, handheld shower and inbuilt geyser. The lightings were good with an aesthetic looking ceiling lamp and bedside reading lights (only 1 was working). The receptionist told me about the restaurants nearby. In the night, I asked for Wi-Fi but they had none. In the morning, saw a couple of cockroaches on the floor (1 had entered my sock) near the table kept near the bedroom. Checkout was smooth as well.
I had a delightful experience during my stay at this hotel. The check-in process was seamless and efficient, giving me a great start to my vacation. The room was impeccably clean and the attention to cleanliness was highly commendable. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional stay.
