I had a one day stay and i was amazed by the view and exterior of the place. The room was neat and clean and staff were friendly. I had a hassle free check in and check out. The only issue i had was with the room service. The quality and price of the food was good but they misheard my order and sent more food than we asked and charged for it even though i told the room service staff about the issue. He kept telling me, "no sir, this is what you ordered" and didn't listen to me. So i was disappointed with the behaviour of that particular staff but overall my experience was amazing and i would like stay there again someday.
My stay at this hotel was an excellent experience. The staff members were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room service and food quality were great. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return for future stays.
