I recently stayed at this hotel and found the check-in experience to be smooth and efficient, deserving of 4 stars. However, the cleanliness of the hotel was only average and could have been better, which is why I gave it 3 stars. The room, unfortunately, was not up to my expectations and hence only deserves 2 stars. Overall, my stay was satisfactory but there are some areas that can be improved upon.
