At the time of check in the staff asked for extra rupee and said they won't allow booking below 1300. Also I contacted Oyo team customer care but everyone was just picking the call and saying they will reply within 5 minutes and no one responded call was going on and I have waited on a call for around 20 minutes with no response
The check-in experience was smooth and efficient, definitely a 4-star service. The food options were decent, but could use some improvement, so I would rate it 3 stars. However, the staff at the hotel were exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Definitely deserving of a 5-star rating.
