I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. While the room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, the staff left much to be desired. They were rude, not very supportive, and I faced unnecessary issues during check-in that made the start of my stay frustrating. Despite this, the bed was comfortable and the on-site restaurant served delicious food. The location is also great—close to major attractions and public transport. However, the unfriendly staff significantly impacted my overall experience. I would recommend this hotel with caution, especially for travelers who value good customer service and smooth check-in.
