My stay at this hotel was disappointing due to poor service. The TV remote in my room wasn’t working, so I informed the staff. The person at the desk assured me he would come “in a moment,†but he never returned. I waited for a long time, yet no one showed up or followed up on the issue. It felt unprofessional and careless, especially when such a small problem could have been fixed easily. For the price paid, I expected better attention and basic facilities to work properly. Overall, the lack of responsiveness left a bad impression and affected my stay.
