The check-in experience was smooth and efficient, earning a well-deserved 4 stars. However, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired, warranting only 2 stars. On the other hand, the hotel's location was absolutely fantastic, deserving a perfect 5 stars. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I had a pleasant check-in experience at the hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and every corner was spotless. However, the staff could have been more attentive and proactive in addressing my needs. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay.
