
Best behaviour of staff and room is also good

Location is good, Rooms are good enough. but service needs improvement. staff here seems like have no idea about what is customer service. I checked in at 10am today, early check-in which was informed earlier, made me wait for 25 minutes to get keys which is fine considering the availability. i was happy to wait. but when i stepped into breakfast at 10:45am, the service manager did not even try to understand why i am late, he just said breakfast over and come back for lunch. that was rude. he could have at least had a pleasant smile and offered something light food or juice. but he quietly refused its time up and no breakfast available :-) not expected from Mayfair Thanks Shashi K
