While the check-in experience, cleanliness, and the room fell short of expectations, the overall stay at the hotel was satisfactory. The staff could improve their efficiency during check-in, and the cleanliness could have been better maintained. The room lacked certain amenities and needed updating. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel had a decent ambiance and offered a comfortable stay.
The hotel has a great location with nearby attractions and convenient access. However, the check-in experience was quite disappointing, as the staff was inefficient and unorganized. The amenities provided were below par and didn't meet my expectations. Overall, an average experience.
