I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more comfortable. The service was excellent throughout my stay, with quick responses and great attention to detail. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, making it easy to access nearby places and attractions. Overall, everything from the hospitality to the service quality was impressive. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay, and I look forward to visiting again.
Poor in all aspects,the reception person is so clumsy does not respond to any queries busy eating his food instead of helping,and sad to say the oyo help desk people are also bad in responding to any queries. No more oyo hotels,room was smelling of cigarrette smoke,bed sheet stained .no refund of just not even occupying the room. Sad ,pathetic.
