I booked this hotel as it is nearby VAC office, however my plans changed last minute and I had to cancel before checking in. Online booking wouldn't let me cancel without a fee. I spoke to the property manager and they were really understanding of my situation. They pulled through for me, can't beat that customer service. Thank you guys!
