I stayed at this hotel recently and I must say I had an amazing experience! The room was top notch, the food was absolutely delicious and the checkin process was smooth as butter. I give 5 stars to all three aspects of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff at the hotel was disappointing, lacking professionalism and customer service skills. However, the overall experience was redeemed by the hotel's beautiful ambiance, great amenities, and comfortable rooms. Despite the staff, I would still recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
