A good location, a little noisy, not bad, comfortable, clean, basic, w/aircon. Mangement at top of stair case, conscientious and observant. I felt safe and my room was secure. One block walk on local street (beside the main road, hence the noise) to a whole lot of restaurants and shops, including fast-food and eat-in restaurants, and some club/bar places, laundry, coffee. One block also to subway having a lot of street-food vendors around there. Can eat entire meal for US 70 cents, very good food, also stalls to buy bottled water. US .25/liter. Good subway stop for riding to shopping districts or Neru Place where there is a very nice mall dining experience having multi-floors, bars, etc., , and a very large IT area where all PC brands have shops.
