The OYO hotel experience was subpar. Upon arrival, the room was not properly cleaned, with dust and stains evident. The bed linens appeared worn and unwashed. Basic amenities were lacking, and the bathroom was in need of maintenance, with a malfunctioning shower and a musty odor. Noise from neighboring rooms was disruptive, affecting sleep quality. The staff seemed indifferent to guest concerns and requests. Overall, the stay fell short of expectations, failing to provide a comfortable and enjoyable accommodation. OYO needs to address cleanliness standards, maintenance issues, and customer service to improve the quality of their hotels.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel 070 Townhouse from December 3 to 4. The staff was accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. I would recommend it for a pleasant and hassle-free experience.
