Room was clean, housekeeping didn’t come inside the room unless i was there which i felt was really great! there was one problem though - the staff there are not trained enough as in when i ordered toasted bread with poached egg they got really confused. First they only sent bread, then only egg came and when i returned them, then they called back and after 15mins of conversation they understood my order and finally sent the right food. Now, both were cold but i didn’t say anything cause i was starving!
The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making check-in seamless. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. The hotel's amenities, including the pool and gym, were well-maintained and easily accessible. Additionally, the location was perfect, with several attractions and dining options within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start the day. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at [Hotel Name] and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
