Last time, my room Ac is working in 16°. I think an emergency maintenance need for ac. And also i was messaged to phone number for a glass. My chek in date was jan 22 @ room no 303. Till this day that message was shown in same. Bt, 1st floor, 2nd floor rooms are good....
