The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, location, and check-in experience. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. The hotel's location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Overall, a fantastic 5-star experience!

Checkin experience was just okay, not very satisfactory. The hotel staff could have been more efficient and cordial. Overall, a decent stay, but checkin process needs improvement.
