Despite a disappointing check-in experience, room and location, I am happy to rate this hotel with 5 stars. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the room service was prompt and efficient and the amenities provided were top-notch. The hotel's excellent facilities and delicious food made up for the initial setbacks. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel is truly commendable! The location is perfect, with easy access to popular attractions. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more memorable. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend! 5 stars all around!
