The Checkin experience at this hotel was outstanding! The staff was prompt, friendly and efficient. However, I must admit that the food and room were disappointing. The food lacked flavor and variety, while the room was cramped and in need of maintenance. Overall, the Checkin experience saved the day and made my stay enjoyable.
